Young Carers
Have you ever heard of young carers?  They're children under the age of 18 who routinely do household chores that are normally the responsibility of adults.  They face problems such as not having enough time to study, spending time with friends, or being forced to change future courses because they're busy caring for their family.  Can you imagine students like us living while taking care of our parents?  In fact, the national and local governments aren't promoting social support very much.  In order to save them, I think it is necessary for many people to have the perspective that there are young carers.  As a high school student, I support them in this way.

Right now, my biggest interest is about LGBTQ. LGBTQ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and/or questioning, respectively, and LGBTQ people are said to be about the same as left-handed people. Today, there are many people in Japan who want same-sex love and same-sex marriage. Unfortunately, it is not allowed in Japan. Some people filed lawsuits, but they were never approved. In recent years, more and more countries around the world have recognized homosexuality and same-sex marriage. I think it is important for as many people as possible in Japan to take this issue as their own matter and think about it.

The most interesting thing to me is Japanese history. Because it's so much fun and exciting to find out how my country has developed to this day, and to find out how we are living in the present. During long vacations, I often go sightseeing by myself to museums, sites, temples and shrines related to history. In addition to just looking around, I do my own preliminary research and walk while looking back, and I also talk to the chief priest and neighbors. The chief priest and neighbors will tell you valuable stories. You may be able to see something unusual or do something that you can't experience if you spend your time normally. You can get a different idea from your own idea, so your scope of thinking will be wider and it will be a very good experience.

Most people know that there is a war going on between Russia and Ukraine. Little by little, the war affects the world and makes people suffer. For example, soaring crude oil prices and shortages of semiconductors. The effects of soaring crude oil prices include increases in electricity rates and gasoline prices. In addition, Russia and Ukraine are major producers of certain raw materials such as neon and palladium used in semiconductor manufacturing, and are expected to have a major impact on the world in the future. By the way, what I fear now is the outbreak of World War III. It is said that the world wars that have occurred so far have grown from small wars, such as Russia's invasion of Ukraine, to large-scale wars on a global scale. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is no possibility that World War III will not occur. For the sake of world peace, I sincerely hope that the world will be free of war.

Please consider this matter
Do you know how many kinds of endangered species there are? According to ICUN, International Union for Conservation of Nature, there are more than 41,000 species are in danger of extinction. The Red List is made by ICUN. I'd like to introduce an animal.
Snow leopards are big cats living only in the high mountain ranges of Central Asia. ICUN says that there are from 3,920-6,390 snow leopards now. A major cause for these low numbers is poaching. They're shot not only for their body hair but also for their bones to be used as medicines. I will tell you some solutions. You mustn't buy a product made from endangered species. If you find such things call an organisation that preserves animals. If you are interested in this matter, please learn about it and talk to someone. Consider this matter and solve it together!

I met a teacher in Philippines when I was in the first grade at senior high school. I had an English conversation for my online homework during summer vacation. I met her through it. She was very kind. I was very nervous but she always helped me. I enjoyed talking with her. A year later, I became a second grade at senior high school. I had the same homework again. I wanted to talk with her. I didn't forget her so l looked for her lessons and booked a lesson. I wondered if she remembered me. However, I soon felt relieved. She was surprised and called my name. I was so happy to talk with her again. We talked about a lot of things. For example, her pets, school activities, music and our dreams. It was a very precious time for me. There was a word which left an impression. She said, "Even if you fail, you stand up and just challenge. That’s life." I am worried about my future. I have a fear that I will fail. That's wrong. It’s important not to give up even if I fail. She taught me about it. I'm grateful to her. I want to meet her someday. I want to talk with her face to face.

The person I admire the most

The person I admire the most is my grandfather. He is 87 years old. He lives alone. He joined a chemical company after he entered high school and college. At the chemical company, work is given by the company, he understands job description and makes a plan. If he makes a mistake, he goes back and makes a new plan. Sometimes he had fights with his boss and he damaged the company. He valued having a belief and confrontation. He failed over and over, but finally he developed a plastic container and modular bathroom and he got patent. He contributed to the company and society. He lost his wife 5 years ago and he lives alone. He performs the housework alone. Do you have an image that old people are helped by people around to live? But he isn't. So far he had left the housework to his wife, but he challenges housework at this age. I respect him for his passion for his work and he keeps himself healthy past the age of 80.
