Participant A I think having robots in our lives is a thing. Routine tasks like paperwork and cleaning require precision and efficiency, so robots are better for handling them than people. Then we can focus on more creative tasks. Robots also have a valuable role to play in differences between people. If robots were used regularly to resolve disputes, maybe people would all better. All all, closer interaction between people and robots would improve our lives. Participant B I think having robots in our lives is a bad thing. We should not rely on robots so much. If we allowed robots to do everything, we might become communicating with our fellow human beings. What’s more, we cannot build a relationship of trust with robots. Only human beings can empathize with others. Robots are not suited to jobs such as a counselor or a teacher that require an understanding of human emotions.
